Super Micro Computer priced about $5 billion of equity and equity-linked financing on June 11, 2026 -- roughly 45.5 million common shares at $27.50 plus $3.75 billion of 7.0% Series A mandatory convertible preferred -- part of a ~$7 billion program that also includes a not-yet-commenced at-the-market offering. Proceeds fund components to fulfill about $39 billion of recent AI-server orders.
