Dell Sheds About 12,000 Jobs, 10% of Staff, for Second Straight Year
Dell Technologies' annual filing showed its headcount fell about 10% — roughly 12,000 people — over fiscal 2025, dropping from 120,000 to 108,000, the second consecutive year of double-digit reductions. Dell said its increasing use of AI had helped it trim jobs, alongside reorganizations and limits on external hiring.
